Who can see my chat logs?
CLW can. Every chat session is recorded and synced to your contact record in CLW's HubSpot CRM. We review sessions to qualify follow-up, to improve the agent, and to spot patterns across questions. We treat what you tell the agent the same way we would treat a phone call to the office. Confidential, professional, used only for the purpose you started the session for.
Are uploaded documents read by CLW staff?
No. The AI processes the documents you upload to reason about your scheme. CLW staff do not open or read them as a matter of routine. The files are stored in encrypted Cloudflare R2 buckets and access is logged. If you ask us to follow up via the Talk to a human button, we may reference the conversation context, but we will not open uploaded files without your explicit consent.
Are my documents used to train an AI model?
No. We do not send your documents to model training pipelines, and we do not authorise the underlying model provider (Anthropic) to train on them. The documents inform the agent within your live session only.
What is your GDPR position?
CLW is the data controller for any personal data you provide to the Wisdom intake form and to the chat. We process it on the lawful basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry about our services) and consent (the tick-box on the intake form). You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Our full privacy policy sets out retention periods, third-party processors and your rights in detail.
Can I use Wisdom without giving you my real details?
No. The intake form gate exists so we can qualify who is using the agent and respond if you need a human follow-up. If you do not want CLW to see your data, the right route is the live WP version at clw.consulting/waterproofing-wisdom-ai/ for as long as it remains online, or a direct email to [email protected] with your question.
