The Courtyard Building
High-level survey of the basement and lightwells to The Courtyard Building ahead of a major refurbishment, recommending a new internal Type C system with an external Type A membrane to the podium deck.
CLW were appointed to conduct a high-level survey of the basement and lightwells to The Courtyard Building, which was due to undergo a major refurbishment including an upgrade of the basement and podium deck waterproofing. The work was undertaken for Knighton Estates Ltd.
CLW proposed initial remedial works to any areas of existing damp or ingress, followed by the installation of a new internal Type C system to all walls and the floor, combined with an external Type A membrane to all areas of the proposed podium deck.
