Within the development of over 2,000 residential units at Millbrook Park, CLW consulted on the structural waterproofing of two terraces built with retaining walls. The work was undertaken for Linden Homes.
The strategy combined Type B watertight concrete with a Type C cavity drain membrane, pairing integral and internal protection for the retained terrace structures.
