Waterproofing design for a large development of homes built into an incline, combining Type A, Type B and Type C systems.
Knights Wood is a large development incorporating several homes built into an incline. CLW provided the waterproofing design for Dandara.
The strategy combined Type A external barrier, Type B watertight concrete and Type C cavity drain membrane, layering external, integral and internal protection to suit the varied retained conditions across the sloping site.
