Waterproofing design for a new-build 150-apartment development incorporating a large basement car park, combining Type B concrete with a Type C cavity drain membrane.

Isopad House is a new-build development of 150 apartments incorporating a large basement car park. CLW provided the waterproofing design for Jaysam.

The strategy combined Type B watertight concrete with a Type C cavity drain membrane, pairing integral and internal protection to suit the scale of the below-ground car park.
