Cottrell House
Waterproofing design for a 66-apartment development with a basement car park and gym beneath, combining Type A, Type B and Type C systems.
Cottrell House is a 66-apartment development incorporating a basement car park with a gym beneath. CLW provided the waterproofing design for Jaysam.
The strategy combined Type A external bentonite clay membrane with sub-surface drainage, Type B watertight concrete and a Type C internal cavity drain membrane system, layering external, integral and internal protection across the below-ground structure.
