Advisory role guiding the design team on waterproofing for the refurbishment of an existing basement in the City of London, combining multiple Type C drained cavity systems with repair of a sandwich Type A barrier.
At 60 London Wall, CLW acted in an advisory capacity to guide the design team on the waterproofing approach for the refurbishment of an existing basement. The work was undertaken for City Grove.
The recommended strategy combined multiple Type C drained cavity systems with the repair of an existing sandwich Type A barrier, allowing the refurbishment to proceed with a clear and defensible below-ground waterproofing position.
