CLW has been commissioned as the waterproofing design consultant for a three storey basement which extends over the entire site.
Working closely with the entire design team to provide a clear and efficient design for the waterproofing.
As this is a retrofit project the existing waterproofing solution cannot be fully ascertained and therefore a new internal Type C system is proposed to areas where a Grade 3 waterproofing performance is required and where a Grade 1b environment is required, it is proposed to use an internal Type A system
