Andrea Maujeri

Andrea is our Practice Director. He is a RIBA and ARB Chartered Architect with extensive experience in design development with various projects including basement components from planning through to completion.
Andrea is process driven and leads our practice ensuring that all our systems and processes deliver for our clients and projects.
Andrea is a keen sailor and scuba diver, although he prefers his home waters of Sicily.

Ben is a dedicated waterproofing professional, who enjoys understanding and simplifying complex situations.
Working on both expert witness and new design development allows Ben to learn from failure to understand where industry can go wrong, and work to ensure mistakes aren’t repeated.
A thought leader in structural waterproofing, Ben enjoys shaping the industry. He has authored and reviewed articles and best practice guidance, and speaks regularly at conferences.
Ben is passionate about his family (including three sons) and enjoys climbing.
Adam Leatherdale

Adam gets things done. Properly. He has instituted all of our filing, document naming, title blocks and protocols.
With over twenty year’s experience drawing for a range of architects and developers, Adam brings an excellence to our drawing communication.
He is also a Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW).
Johnny Etkind
Senior Waterproofing Design Consultant
MEng MSc CSSW WDS
Johnny brings more than twenty years’ experience of working as a Structural Engineer to CLW. He has extensive knowledge of the design and construction of basements, working with foundation contractors in roles that include structural engineer, project manager, temporary works co-ordinator and temporary works engineer.
This varied experience, now coupled with his CSSW qualification, gives him a rare and valuable viewpoint of the structural waterproofing space. He hit the ground running at CLW and enjoys putting his knowledge and understanding of basement structures to the test and sharing this with the rest of the team.

Callie is Ben’s dog and often comes into the office.
Callie is very good at chasing balls and making a mess while drinking from her bowl.
